At 7:00 p.m. on 20 December 2022, the MEI hosts Rami - A talk about stories, genealogy, reunited families and inheritance.

The hereditary genealogist enters the most hidden meanders of every family, discovering letters, photos and memories, and seeks to understand its many, interwoven, tortuous branches, bringing together past and present. He becomes the author and witness to the wonder of current relatives, who often, are ignorant of their ancestors, the origin of their dynasty, and most importantly, their inheritance!

Nadia Spatafora, legal representative for Italy of Coutot-Roehrig, Europe's leading company in genealogical research and the search for heirs to estates which have no apparent heirs, talks to Raffaella Ponte, historian and archivist, and Francesca Berardi, journalist and author of RAMI, a three-part mini-series podcast produced by CHORA MEDIA and promoted by Coutot-Roehrig.

The meeting allows us to explore the intricate network of relationships and biographical stories traced by genealogical research also within the migratory context.
